As far as we process personal data because it is necessary to comply with a contract or contract relationship, § 6 section 1 lit. b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  is the legal base for data processing.

Data delete and data memory

We delete or block your personal data if the purpose of storage ceases. Further a storage of your data could be carried out, due to legal requirements and obligations. In these cases we delete or block your personal data when the legal requirements and obligations do not exist anymore.

Informations about your computer

We also  request the status, volume of data transferred, as well as the product name and version number of the browser being used (User-Agent). We register as well the website from which access is made. We store until the time of automatic deletion: the IP address of the accessing computer, the other data are stored for a limited time only.  

We aggregate this information and use it for the operation of the website, to improve quality and performance of the website. For these purposes we have a legitimate interest to process data according to § 6 section 1 lit. f) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) being the legal base .

You can easily register for our online-offers. In this regard you should specify your data e.g. name, IP-address and email-address. We also collect date and time of your registration and the IP-Address. As part of the registration process we collect the agreement for the use of the data. This provides the particular advantage that you do not need to re-enter the data when placing an order.  

The legal basis of the processing of the data if you consent is § 6 section 1 lit. a) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Insofar as you register on our website for a fulfillment or performance of a contract, §  6 section. 1 lit. b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal base.

Mandatory information, requested in the course of registration, is necessary data for a fulfillment or performance of a contract. However, it is not obligated to register, you may order as „guest“. In this case you are requested to fill in your data again for another order you may place in the future.

We will only use your personal information for orders placed within our company and affiliated companies as well as with the completion assigned third party.

For the order fulfillment we work with different companies, being responsible for payment and logistics. We make sure that our partners will also comply with the data protection regulations. Your data is provided to the transport company that will deliver your ordered product. Legal base in this case is § 6 section. 1 lit. b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfill the contract.

The data is recorded with us, as long as necessary to fulfill the contract.  Also, we store personal information you may provide to us after the contractual obligations due to the provisions of commercial and/or fiscal law, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years.

Payments execution, Paypal

depending on the payment method chosen, payment processing is made where appropriate  by engaging of service companies.

In case of payment by credit card, all details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent to the credit card company in charge.  

In case of payment through PayPal you are transferred to the link of the Paypal website.  In this case personal data supplied by you will be processed, related to name, address, email-address, maybe your phone number as well as account or credit card details. Legal base for the payment processing is §. 6 section 1 lit. b) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing your personal data is necessary to fulfill the contract with you, whereas the payment method could be choosen by you.

As long as you want to use our contact form on our wesite, we collect your personal information provided to us, especially your name and email-address.  We also record your IP-Address as well as date and time of your request. We process the data provided over the contact form only for this purpose to respond to your request.

After your request was processed your data will be stored for the case of further requests. when logging on our newsletter your email address is used for our own advertising purposes, until you unsubscribe to the newsletter. By registering you will receive regular information on our products free of charge by e-mail. The emails could be based on our information about you and can be individualized and personalized.  

For the registration to our newsletter we use the so-called Double-Opt-In-Verfahren, this means we would send you the newsletter by email only if you would have confirmed the we should activate the newsletter service for you.  In this case we would send you a notification email and with a click on the link you confirm that you would like to receive the newsletter.

The legal base for the processing of the data  is the consent to § 6 section 1 lit. a) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you expressively subcribe to the newsletter. Within the scope of the legal regulations it could be possible that you also receive a newsletter without your explicit authorization, because you ordered products and/or service, we received your email address in this content and you did not object the receipt of emails. In this case § 6 section. 1 lit. f)  General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is to be seen as the legal base as legitimate interest for the supply of direct advertisement.
